URBAN RECOVERY. REDEFINED.

GLØD HOUSE is creating an urban sauna house in Leipzig, designed around a simple idea: 70 minutes of heat, cold and rest can become a regular part of everyday life.

The concept brings together sauna, cold-water immersion and considered spaces to unwind in a distinctive, accessible setting.

Rather than a full-day spa visit, GLØD HOUSE is designed as a high-quality ritual people can return to throughout the week.

Single sessions, multi-visit passes and memberships combine flexible access with recurring revenue.

Opening is planned for spring 2027, with the first site establishing the foundation for a scalable urban sauna concept.
